Brahms, Mendelssohn, and Beethoven Quartets with Young Artists and CMSSL Musicians

The exciting conclusion of our 23-24 education program was held on May 26th. Each of the six young artists that were chosen from the competition held last October were paired together and placed with two CMSSL musicians to form a quartet. We’ve named them the Susskind, Vonk, and Semkow Quartets to honor previous Music Directors of the SLSO and their great influence on classical music in our city. This was a free concert performed at First Congregational Church in Webster Groves.
