2026-27 Concerts
Michael F. Neidorff Chamber Concert Series
Chamber Music Society of St. Louis begins our 18th Season in September with “American Voices” celebrating the richness and diversity of chamber music compositions with audience favorite Paul Schoenfield’s Cafe Music and a work by film composer Franz Waxman. More highlights this coming year will include a very special program with Leonard Slatkin showcasing his defining artistry in “The Slatkin Touch”.
We continue our partnership with St. Louis Ballet in February 2027. And, speaking of traditions, jazz piano duo Stephanie Trick and Paolo Alderighi return for their annual performance with “Classic Jazz * One Piano * 4 Hands”. Perennial St. Louis favorite Nicholas McGegan returns for his annual visit to lead CMSSL musicians in our Season Finale.
Our new set of 6 Matinee programs will be presented at First Presbyterian Church of Kirkwood, Mondays at 2:00pm. Performances include “Simply Classic” exploring some of chamber music’s most beloved works. A concert to celebrate Beethoven’s 256th birthday, a Baroque program entitled “Handel with Care” and saluting the romantic era with “The Age of Romance”.
