We will stretch the concept of a chamber music concert with a program of  works by and about the Hollywood film composers and musicians, with a few stories along the way. Featuring special guest pianist and narrator  Leonard Slatkin with vocalist Tom Heitman, a Sinatra Songbook specialist.

 

Chamber music composed by:

John Williams, Franz Waxman, Erich von Korngold, Nino Rota, Ennio Moricone, Aaron Copland, Leonard Bernstein, Miklós Rózsa, Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco and a tribute to the Hollywood String Quartet collaboration with Frank Sinatra.
