Education

CMSSL and Grand Center Arts Academy

The Chamber Music Society of St. Louis was invited to perform at a concert/fundraiser by the Grand Center Arts Academy. CMSSL performed along with other professional artists on June 4, 2011 in support of this outstanding school which serve students with a meaningful, well rounded educational experience that includes a strong emphasis on the visual and performing arts and a deep commitment to academic excellence.

Please click here for more information on the event.

CMSSL is working with the staff of the Grand Center Arts Academy to develop programs and events that will be beneficial to the young people attending the school. We are all excited about the opening of their new building this summer.

On May 8, 2010 CMSSL oboist Marc Gordon gave a free workshop for St. Louis area high school oboists at Powell Symphony Hall sponsored by the St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra.

Donate

As a not for profit arts organization, we rely on the generosity of our audience and patrons for support. We are faced with the challenge of raising the funds necessary to present concerts of the highest caliber offering comprehensive representation of the chamber music repertoire as well as providing educational events to encourage young St. louis area musicians. Your tax deductible gift is greatly appreciated.
