Kathleen joined Gundaker Commercial Group after a successful 15-year career in administrative leadership. Most recently, she served as assistant to the CEO of a top-five U.S. healthcare system with over 50,000 employees. Before her work in healthcare, Kathleen supported the President and Chief Philanthropy Officer at the St. Louis Symphony, where she played a key role in fundraising efforts for the expansion of Powell Hall.
Kathleen’s passion for real estate began over 20 years ago when she specialized in high-end residential real estate with Coldwell Banker Gundaker. During her administrative career, commercial real estate became integral to her work, involving leases, certifications, building relocations, and construction projects. Today, Kathleen serves as Gundaker Commercial Group’s Business
Development/Commercial Asset Manager while also actively pursuing sales. Kathleen offers clients a thorough understanding of the market paired with a thoughtful, strategic approach. She is known for her ability to negotiate deals that align with her clients’ long-term goals and is consistently relied upon for her results-driven approach.
Outside of her professional life, Kathleen is an active volunteer with various non-profit organizations throughout the greater St. Louis area and serves as a board member of the Creve Coeur-Olivette Chamber of Commerce.
