Tim Durbin joined PNC Wealth Management in July 2010 after six years as a branch manager and vice-president for PNC Bank and its predecessor National City. He graduated magna cum laude from St. Louis University in 1999 with a degree in Psychology and Philosophy minor.
Tim has worked in the finance and mortgage industry for the majority of his career, with a two and a half year break to work for Lucent Technologies in corporate client sales and support. Since joining National City in 2004, he has been recognized for outstanding client retention efforts, customer and employee satisfaction and consistent growth to his branches’ balance sheet and profitability. Along the way, he helped mentor many employees to various promotions including three to the assistant manager level. In 2010, he was nominated for the SBA’s Small Business Financial Services Champion of the Year and PNC’s highest honor, the Performance Award.
Tim serves the board of the Clayton Ladue Rotary Club and will take over as president in 2012 after two years of running their annual dinner auction. He has participated in projects with the Rotary Club and PNC to benefit dozens of organizations including The Mission Continues, CASA of St. Louis County, and CHARACTERplus. He also recently worked with Rotary and AmeriCorps St. Louis to help raise over $2,000 for their relief efforts with a trivia night. Tim serves on the board for Salem Methodist Pre-School and recently was named Chairman of the Board for the Chamber Music of Society of St. Louis.
He and his wife Kelly of ten years have three young children, Tyler, Keegan and McKenzie. While not in the community, Tim spends as much time with his family as possible, including helping coach basketball and baseball. He enjoys reading, studying history and writing.
As a not for profit arts organization, we rely on the generosity of our audience and patrons for support. We are faced with the challenge of raising the funds necessary to present concerts of the highest caliber offering comprehensive representation of the chamber music repertoire as well as providing educational events to encourage young St. louis area musicians. Your tax deductible gift is greatly appreciated.
